CTH Recruiting is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of two properties totaling 250 units in Miami Beach, FL. This full-time position requires a professional with a strong background in property management, particularly in affordable housing. The Community Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks that encompass administrative, financial, personnel, and maintenance management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in property management, with a focus on affordable housing, and will be adept at fostering a positive community spirit among residents. In this role, the Community Manager will maintain organized resident and financial records, ensuring that all documentation is up to date and compliant with relevant regulations. Financial management is a key component of this position, as the Community Manager will be responsible for accurate financial reporting and budget management. The role also involves selecting and maintaining qualified residents, which requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a sense of community among residents. Additionally, the Community Manager will supervise personnel, assigning and overseeing staff work schedules and duties to ensure efficient operations. Maintenance operations will also fall under the Community Manager's purview, including the implementation and oversight of maintenance programs and property inspections. Staying updated on relevant laws and completing required reports is essential to ensure regulatory compliance.
