About the position

As a Community Manager at Mark-Taylor, you will oversee the daily operations of a luxury multifamily community, ensuring exceptional customer service for residents and potential residents. This role involves financial management, team leadership, and property enhancement initiatives, all aimed at meeting or exceeding revenue expectations.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates and managing operating expenses.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and proactive financial performance planning.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals.
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections and propose resolution plans for property enhancements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years of operational experience in a luxury multifamily setting.
• Demonstrated coaching and development ability.
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar property management software.
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English.
