About the position

The Community Manager at Harbor at Twin Lakes is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a 277-unit apartment community in Roseville, MN. This role focuses on maintaining stable occupancy, achieving budgeted financial goals, and fostering strong resident relations. The Community Manager will also lead and motivate site personnel while ensuring a positive community environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
  • Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
  • Train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
  • Establish positive relationships within the community
  • Be on-call as scheduled by management

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of previous property management experience preferred
  • Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
  • Yardi software experience preferred
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
