About the position

As a Community Manager at IWG, you will oversee the daily operations of the workspace center, ensuring a positive environment for customers and staff. Your role involves motivating your team, managing customer relationships, and maintaining the facility to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the workspace center.
  • Motivate and manage the team to create a positive working environment.
  • Welcome members and assist them with their needs, including setting up meeting rooms and Wi-Fi connections.
  • Conduct tours for potential customers and explain the benefits of IWG membership.
  • Review daily reports and plan the day's activities accordingly.
  • Ensure all billing is current and manage customer accounts.
  • Coordinate the move-in process for new clients, ensuring all preparations are complete.
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs of the facility to maintain readiness for tours and events.
  • Prepare for coaching conversations with team members and manage paid time off requests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a management or customer service role.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with billing and customer account management.
