About the position

As a Community Manager at IWG, you will oversee the daily operations of the workspace center, ensuring a positive environment for customers and staff. Your role involves motivating your team, managing customer relationships, and maintaining the facility to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the workspace center.
  • Motivate and manage the team to create a positive working environment.
  • Welcome members and assist them with meeting room setups and technology.
  • Conduct meetings to understand new members' business needs.
  • Coordinate with team members for onboarding new clients and preparing welcome kits.
  • Provide tours to potential customers and explain membership benefits.
  • Review billing to ensure all customers are current.
  • Maintain the workspace by addressing maintenance issues and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Post advertisements for vacant offices and manage social media promotions.
  • Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a management role, preferably in a customer service or hospitality environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software for office management.
