About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufactured home communities in the greater Chattanooga, TN market. The ideal candidate will possess strong manufactured home sales experience and the ability to ensure that the community runs smoothly while fostering a welcoming environment for residents. This role requires effective communication abilities, knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Market all homes that are available for sale.
• Enforce on-time payments from residents.
• Maintain accurate records of resident information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors to ensure timely resolution of repair requests and upkeep of common areas.
• Stay informed about real estate law and Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all community dealings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in manufactured home community management and/or sales related fields.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in relevant software applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is highly desirable.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships within the community.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
