Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including team management and resource allocation.
• Develop and analyze budgets, financial statements, and marketing information to meet targeted revenues.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communication between vendors and the accounting team.
• Oversee lease enforcement processes, including resident applications and evictions.
• Analyze market trends to implement marketing and leasing strategies for occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance of maintenance team with company standards for service requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Supervise property staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Manage client/owner relationships through property tours and performance updates.

Requirements

• Experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze budgets and financial reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for resident and owner interactions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
