About the position

As a Community Manager at IWG, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of your center. Your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming and efficient working environment that fosters customer satisfaction and retention. You will lead and motivate your team, ensuring that all members are prepared for their daily tasks and that the center is always ready to serve its clients. Your day will begin with a review of the daily report, allowing you to plan effectively and ensure that everyone is on track. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, welcoming them and assisting with their needs, such as setting up meeting rooms and technology for presentations. Throughout the day, you will engage with new members to understand their business needs and explore opportunities for networking within the center. You will also oversee the onboarding process for larger clients moving into the center, ensuring that all preparations are in place, including welcome kits and access credentials. Your role will involve a mix of administrative tasks, such as reviewing billing and managing paid time off requests, as well as hands-on responsibilities like maintaining the physical space and ensuring it is presentable for tours. In addition to these tasks, you will be responsible for promoting the benefits of IWG membership to potential clients, conducting tours, and addressing any inquiries they may have. Your ability to connect with members and create a positive atmosphere will be crucial to your success in this role. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a management role, preferably in a customer service or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
