About the position

The Community Manager at IWG is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workspace center, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention while fostering a positive working environment. This role involves managing a team, coordinating member services, and facilitating networking opportunities among members. The Community Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the center's functionality and appearance, as well as supporting the growth of the IWG network.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the workspace center.
  • Motivate and manage the team to create a positive working environment.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service.
  • Welcome members and assist them with meeting room setups and technology.
  • Conduct meetings to understand new members' business needs.
  • Coordinate with team members for smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Provide tours of the center to potential members and explain membership benefits.
  • Review billing to ensure all customers are current.
  • Maintain the appearance of the workspace and report maintenance issues.
  • Prepare for coaching conversations with team members.

Requirements

  • Experience in a management or customer service role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
