About the position

The Community Manager at IWG is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention while fostering a positive working environment. This role involves managing a team, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating connections among members. The Community Manager plays a key role in maintaining the center's functionality and appearance, as well as supporting sales efforts and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the center to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Motivate and manage the team to create a positive working environment.
  • Welcome members and assist them with their needs, including setting up meeting rooms and technology.
  • Conduct tours for potential members and explain the benefits of IWG membership.
  • Review billing to ensure all customers are current and address any issues.
  • Prepare for new member move-ins, ensuring all materials are ready.
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs of the center to maintain a show-ready environment.
  • Handle paid time off requests and ensure appropriate team coverage.
  • Engage with members to gather feedback and improve services.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of strong customer service experience, ideally in hospitality or events.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Ability to provide sales support and handle escalations effectively.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to pre-empt issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
