About the position

The Community Manager at River Rock is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the community, ensuring financial and operational goals are met while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and company policies. Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily activities and resources of the community.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members, managing their performance and development.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by fostering a strong community culture.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and service issues.
• Conduct daily huddles and regular meetings with team members to assist in their responsibilities.
• Supervise sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Represent the community at events and participate in outreach marketing efforts.
• Analyze local market trends to implement effective marketing and leasing strategies.
• Conduct daily inspections of community grounds and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Assist in budget development by analyzing financial statements and marketing information.
• Oversee lease enforcement and manage financial transactions related to rent and fees.

Requirements

• Experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and financial data.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
