About the position

As a Community Manager at IWG, you will oversee the daily operations of your center, ensuring a positive working environment that fosters customer satisfaction and retention. Your role involves motivating your team, managing customer interactions, and facilitating a seamless experience for members and guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including welcoming new members, coordinating events, and ensuring the center is well-maintained and ready for tours.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the center to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Motivate and manage the team to create a positive working environment.
  • Welcome members and guests, assisting them with their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new members, including preparing welcome kits.
  • Conduct tours for potential members and explain the benefits of IWG membership.
  • Review billing to ensure all customers are current with payments.
  • Maintain the center's appearance and functionality, addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Prepare for team meetings and coaching sessions to support team development.
  • Engage with members to gather feedback and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or events industry.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in escalation handling.
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team.
  • Ability to provide sales support and take ownership of problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
