Continental Properties is seeking an experienced and customer-centric Community Manager for our brand-new Springs at West Port residential apartment community located in Port Charlotte, FL. As a Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful operations of the community, ensuring that residents have an exceptional living experience while fostering a positive and productive work environment for your team. This position is full-time and reports directly to the Regional Director/Vice President. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the operating income and expense budgets, leading and directing all business functions including sales, marketing, and customer service for the community. You will also be tasked with hiring, developing, and motivating your team, promoting high levels of engagement and continued growth and development. Additionally, you will oversee the performance of the community and the well-being of residents, ensuring that all operations align with the company’s standards and goals. The Community Manager position requires a commitment to customer service and the ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will perform a combination of sedentary desk work and community tours, which may involve navigating stairs in select units. Proficiency in using a computer, telephone, and other office equipment is essential for performing daily tasks effectively.
