About the position

The Community Manager position at Friedman Management Company is designed for an individual with 2-3 years of residential property management experience. This role requires a high-energy individual who possesses excellent multi-tasking, communication, and interpersonal skills. As the Community Manager, you will be the face of Lincoln Tower Apartments, responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with residents and stakeholders. Your primary duties will include overseeing the daily operations of the property, ensuring resident satisfaction, and managing the overall performance of the apartment community. In this management role, you will handle various responsibilities such as accounts payable and receivable, rent collections, and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. You will also interact with residents to address their needs and concerns, oversee on-site contractors, and manage marketing efforts for the property. Additionally, you will be involved in leasing new apartments and processing lease renewals, as well as supervising maintenance and administrative staff to ensure the property is well-maintained and operational. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a professional demeanor, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A valid driver's license is required, and experience with Yardi Property Management Software is highly preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role, as you will be responsible for fostering a welcoming and efficient living environment for residents.
