About the position

The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations and management of two multi-family residential communities in Santee and Spring Valley, CA. This full-time position requires a customer-focused mindset and the ability to manage financials, budgets, and reporting while ensuring high standards of service and community satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the multi-family residential communities.
• Manage financials, budgets, and reporting for the properties.
• Provide professional-level leadership and customer service to residents.
• Coordinate interior and exterior renovations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience managing an apartment community.
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with conventional properties.
• Ability to create and maintain financials and budgets.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Yardi and/or MRI software.
• Prior knowledge of interior and exterior renovation processes.
