About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee the daily operations and resident relations of our community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the community, ensuring the property is well-maintained, and that residents are amenable. This role involves managing contractors, handling resident relations, and maintaining compliance with regulations. The Community Manager will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for residents and ensuring that all aspects of property management are executed efficiently and effectively. In this position, you will manage leasing, maintenance, and resident relations, ensuring that all needs are met promptly and professionally. You will coordinate property maintenance and repairs, which includes advertising for and hiring labor as necessary. Compliance with legal requirements is a critical aspect of this role, and training will be provided to ensure that you are well-equipped to handle these responsibilities. Additionally, you will handle various administrative tasks related to property management, maintaining accurate records of community activities and ensuring that all documentation is up to date. The Community Manager will also be expected to foster positive relationships with residents, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise and ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.
