About the position

McKinley Companies is seeking an experienced and driven Community Manager to lead and enhance the quality of life for both team members and residents within our owned residential communities. The Community Manager will be responsible for creating a motivating atmosphere for employees, encouraging them to meet challenging goals and uphold high standards of service. In this position, you will be accountable for the overall success of the community, which includes managing key operational components such as lease renewals, sales, apartment turnovers, expense control, resident work orders, and rent collections. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a welcoming community that delights customers and builds loyalty. You will also be expected to utilize YARDI software to track availability, manage resident data, and capture demographic information, ensuring that all operational aspects are efficiently handled. The Community Manager will play a pivotal role in transforming customer service experiences, viewing challenges as opportunities for positive change. With a focus on financial decision-making, you will work within budgetary guidelines and make informed decisions that impact the community's financial health.   • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
