About the position

The Community Manager at GoldOller is responsible for the overall operational and financial success of a residential property, ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction and team development. This role involves managing property operations, financial oversight, and leading a team to achieve company standards and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the overall operations of the property.
  • Collecting rent and other property fees from residents.
  • Attracting people to the community through effective leasing administration and team training.
  • Branding the community by prioritizing curb appeal and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the property and market.
  • Leading the leasing process with effective sales strategies and follow-through.
  • Supporting maintenance operations in partnership with the Service Manager.
  • Preparing and following an operating budget with the Regional Manager and Home Office.
  • Overseeing all accounting functions associated with the property.
  • Focusing on performance metrics such as closing ratios and sales conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Marketing and/or Business preferred.
  • Three years of residential multifamily property management or real estate management experience as a Property Manager.
  • Experience with RealPage product Onesite software is required.
  • Employee management experience.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
