About the position

The Community Manager at Western National Property Management is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and financial performance of a multifamily property. This role involves creating a positive living environment for residents, optimizing net operating income, and ensuring the community meets ownership objectives. The position requires strong leadership, customer service skills, and a commitment to excellence in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property and ensure financial performance meets objectives.
• Create a positive living environment for residents.
• Lead and supervise the Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds teams.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
• Utilize computer skills for property management tasks, including Yardi Voyager.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in property management.
• Experience in financial statements, budget preparation, and reporting.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of maintenance operations and landlord-tenant law.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Valid California Driver's License and up-to-date car insurance.
