Responsibilities

• Spearhead overall operations of the apartment community to ensure financial success and resident satisfaction.
• Manage daily activities and oversee sales, leasing, and maintenance initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Lead community staff with regular meetings and performance monitoring.
• Analyze property operations and implement policies for operational excellence.
• Prepare and manage the community operating budget, including processing and approving invoices.
• Support marketing and pricing efforts while monitoring sales performance.
• Stay informed on community market conditions for strategic decision-making.
• Build connections with residents through community events and activities.

Requirements

• Residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail experience.
• Customer service and sales experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License required if operating a motorized vehicle.
• Computer literacy and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
