We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential communities in Salt Lake City, UT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive and inviting atmosphere for residents while ensuring efficient property management. This role requires a proactive approach to managing community relations and property maintenance, ensuring that all aspects of the property are well-maintained and that residents feel valued and heard. As a Community Manager, you will manage all aspects of the property, including maintenance and resident relations. You will conduct regular HOA inspections to ensure compliance with community standards and coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed. Enforcing community policies is a critical part of this role, as is addressing resident concerns and resolving conflicts in a professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate resident records and financial documentation, which is essential for effective property management. This position is full-time and offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance your work responsibilities with personal commitments. You will be expected to work Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed, depending on the community's requirements. The Community Manager will play a vital role in fostering a sense of community among residents and ensuring that the property is a desirable place to live.
