About the position

The Community Manager at Pax8 plays a crucial role in enhancing the workplace experience for employees and visitors at the company's headquarters in Denver, CO. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, events, and the overall environment to ensure a welcoming and productive atmosphere. The Community Manager collaborates with various teams to curate experiences that align with Pax8's mission and values, while also overseeing the management of space and resources.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day experience at Pax8 HQ and Marketplace, ensuring a positive encounter for all visitors and employees.
  • Oversee the Community Coordinator and Welcome Specialist, coordinating daily schedules and events.
  • Maintain control over the space calendar, managing all events, meetings, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Manager and WEX Director on space management and furniture needs.
  • Plan and execute high-value customer experiences and internal events in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create and distribute newsletters and digital signage to keep Pax8ers informed about events and activities.
  • Gather feedback from employees to continuously improve the workplace experience.
  • Coordinate the booking and maintenance of corporate apartments for employees.
  • Manage the Workplace Experience Share Point site, ensuring it is up to date with relevant communications and documents.
  • Assist with vendor management and ensure quality service delivery for events and facilities.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of office management experience, preferably in a hospitality-driven or community-focused environment.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced digital communication skills.
  • Experience with communication platforms such as Teams, Slack, and SharePoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of A/V systems and hardware management.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in managing service contracts and vendor relationships.
  • Knowledge of business economics and accounting principles.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
