About the position

The Community Manager at New Earth Residential is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, ensuring the community is well-maintained, staffed, and profitable. This role involves engaging with residents, managing leasing processes, and analyzing competition while providing exceptional customer service. The Community Manager acts under the direction of the Regional or District Manager and plays a key role in fostering a vibrant community environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and assist all aspects of community operations.
  • Greet new residents and prospects with exceptional customer service.
  • Approve leases and manage leasing processes.
  • Analyze competition and market conditions.
  • Ensure the property is well-maintained and staffed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the apartment community.
  • Oversee collection of revenue and handle delinquent accounts.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial performance monitoring.
  • Post updates on social media and maintain community engagement.
  • Coordinate with on-site staff and vendors to ensure optimal community standards.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience as an on-site Community Manager in multi-family property management.
  • Strong leasing and marketing background with superior customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet software.
  • Ability to evaluate community needs and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
