About the position

The Community Manager at BLVD Residential Inc. is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple properties in the South Bay area. This role includes maintaining high occupancy levels, managing financial goals, and supporting marketing initiatives. The position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to advance into the Associate Regional Manager program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financials, sales, marketing, maintenance, and administrative operations of the community.
• Perform accounting responsibilities including revenue management, collections, and timely processing of resident deposits.
• Assist with marketing the property using social media and other appropriate platforms.
• Respond to rental inquiries made by phone, internet, and walk-in traffic with the objective of securing appointments.
• Perform administrative duties related to the on-site sales/marketing function.
• Provide a high level of customer service to prospects, residents, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable laws, e.g., Fair Housing and Landlord/Tenant laws.

Requirements

• 2-4 years' experience in the property management industry or related experience.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record (MVR) required.
• Experience using Entrata highly desired.
• Solid sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Knowledge of budgets and financial statements and the ability to work within budgeted guidelines.
• Property management certification (preferred).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a multi-site management role.
• Familiarity with social media marketing strategies.
