About the position

The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a tax credit property, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive community environment for residents. This role involves managing staff, maintaining property standards, and enhancing resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property and ensure compliance with tax credit regulations.
• Manage and train property staff to ensure high performance and resident satisfaction.
• Develop and implement community engagement initiatives to enhance resident experience.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Prepare and manage the property budget, including rent collection and expense tracking.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of tax credit regulations and compliance requirements.
