Pixio, a direct-to-consumer esports peripheral brand, is looking for a dynamic Community Manager to help us grow and strengthen our brand. As we expand, we're seeking someone who can lead and manage a variety of initiatives including community events, social media campaigns, content creation, and customer engagement strategies. This role is ideal for someone who is both a strategist and a doer—capable of not only envisioning new ways to engage with our audience but also executing them flawlessly across all platforms. In this position, you will develop and maintain day-to-day community development activities across Pixio channels. You will support the design, planning, and execution of marketing programs designed to attract new customers or further engage existing customers. Additionally, you will support company-wide initiatives for success across multiple departments linked through marketing and community initiatives. Your role will also involve helping to develop and execute social media strategies through comprehensive/competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification. You will help develop Pixio's brand identity and social user base at an exponential rate and manage day-to-day communications on multiple social media channels. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and maintaining positive quarterly community growth, retention, and loyalty programs. Researching, planning, and executing esports events, programs, and collegiate activities will also be part of your responsibilities. As a public-facing representative of Pixio activities, you will communicate on behalf of the company's initiatives to brand partners, external organizations, and collegiate partners. Writing and creating responses and content in line with our brand values toward customer appeal will be essential, as will enhancing positive sentiment amongst the community with every interaction. You will analyze metrics from social media campaigns to optimize future brand campaigns and conduct ongoing analysis and reporting of social channel performance data, making strategic suggestions for improvement to management. Travel may be required when necessary, along with other marketing and community duties as assigned.
