About the position

The Community Manager at Western National Group is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and financial performance of a multifamily property. Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the community, ensuring a high standard of living for residents.
  • Manage financial performance, including budget preparation and monthly reporting.
  • Supervise and support the Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds teams.
  • Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
  • Optimize net operating income through effective management strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their needs and concerns.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience in property management.
  • Experience with financial statements and budget preparation.
  • Knowledge of maintenance operations and landlord-tenant law.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid California Driver's License and up-to-date car insurance.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred.

Nice-to-haves
