As a Community Manager at Blue Castle Agency, you will be an integral part of a thriving property management company that is dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for residents. You will oversee all aspects of community operations, ensuring a smooth-running and resident-centric environment. Your leadership will motivate the on-site team, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere that aligns with the company's mission statement, policies, and procedures. In this key position, you will manage the property's operating budget, prioritizing cost-effectiveness while maintaining the physical asset and delivering exceptional customer service. You will implement strategies to increase cash flow and achieve financial goals, all while balancing the budget. Additionally, you will ensure that the property adheres to all relevant regulatory requirements, including those related to affordable housing programs such as Tax Credit (LIHTC), HOME, 811, Elderly, and Family programs. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for building relationships and fostering a strong sense of community, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You will need to demonstrate budget management expertise and a keen eye for detail, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of fair housing laws and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities
