About the position

As a Community Manager at THE EMORY, you will play a pivotal role in leading the lease-up of a brand new, mid-rise community featuring 270 luxury apartments located in Historic Downtown Plano. This position is not just about managing a property; it’s about creating a positive, engaging, and collaborative environment where excellence is encouraged, and individual team members are valued. You will be responsible for guiding and directing all aspects of marketing, leasing, resident relations, customer service, and retention for the community. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring that the property meets the owners' goals for the annual budget while maintaining high standards for safety, cleanliness, and overall functionality. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring and controlling income and expenses, analyzing rental rates, and making recommendations for the annual budget and capital projects.
