Continental Properties is seeking an experienced and customer-centric Community Manager for our brand-new Springs at Colonial residential apartment community located in Cordova, TN. As a Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful operations of the community, ensuring that residents have an exceptional living experience while fostering a positive and productive work environment for your team. This position is full-time and reports directly to the Regional Director/Vice President. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the operating income and expense budgets, leading and directing all business functions including sales, marketing, and customer service for the community. You will also be tasked with hiring, developing, and motivating your team, promoting high levels of engagement and continued growth and development. Your oversight will extend to the performance of the community and the well-being of residents, ensuring that all aspects of community management are executed effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service and a proven track record in residential community management. You will need to be adaptable, as the role requires working a non-traditional schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position involves a combination of sedentary desk work and touring the community, which may include navigating stairs in select units. Proficiency in using a computer, telephone, and other office equipment is essential for performing daily tasks.
