The Community Manager at Towne Properties is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the GS60 Apartments in Hamilton, OH, ensuring a positive living experience for residents. This role involves managing leasing activities, developing community programs, and maintaining strong relationships with residents while leading a team to uphold property standards and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the community to ensure a positive living experience for residents.
- Develop and implement community programs and events to enhance resident engagement.
- Manage leasing activities, including showing properties, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions.
- Lead and coordinate with maintenance and administrative teams to ensure property upkeep and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and manage community budgets, financials, and occupancy rates.
- Enforce community policies and regulations to maintain a safe and harmonious environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a property manager in the multifamily residential industry.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Self-motivation and attention to detail.
- Ability to oversee and resolve a variety of challenges.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
Nice-to-haves
- CAM® or CAPS® designation.
- Experience in sales and social media.
- Yardi experience (preferred).
