About the position

The Community Manager at HHHunt's Abberly Crossing apartments is responsible for overseeing the management of a multi-million-dollar asset, focusing on customer satisfaction and quality service. This role involves leading a team to provide exceptional resident experiences, managing financial performance, and ensuring the property is well-maintained and welcoming. The Community Manager is expected to inspire their team, solve problems efficiently, and engage with the community while maintaining a fun and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maximize NOI through increasing rents and occupancy while controlling expenses.
• Scrutinize leasing performance and customer surveys to ensure property readiness.
• Hire, train, and develop team members for success.
• Listen to residents and teammates to enhance the resident experience.
• Manage multiple priorities under pressure while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or apartment leasing.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Property Manager.
• Expertise in time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial results.
