About the position

As a Community Manager for HHHunt's Abberly Crossing apartments, you will oversee the management of a multi-million-dollar asset, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality living environments for residents. Your role will involve inspiring and leading a team, maximizing net operating income (NOI), and ensuring a positive resident experience through effective problem-solving and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Maximize NOI through increasing rents and occupancy while controlling availability and expenses.
• Inspect leasing performance and customer surveys to ensure grounds and amenities are ready to impress customers.
• Hire, train, and develop team members to ensure their success.
• Listen to the needs of residents and teammates to provide an exceptional resident experience.
• Manage multiple priorities under pressure while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, apartment leasing, or lease-up of multifamily community.
• 2 years' experience as a Property Manager.
• Expert time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze results.
