About the position

The Community Manager is responsible for maximizing property net operating income through effective cost control and revenue enhancement strategies. Responsibilities

• Achieve the highest possible property net operating income.
• Implement effective cost control and revenue improvement programs.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to attract tenants.
• Create operating budgets and forecasts to meet company objectives.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the property.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee tenant relations and address any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years prior experience in Property Management.
• Experience with Yardi software is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
