About the position

The Community Manager is responsible for maximizing property net operating income through effective cost control and revenue enhancement strategies. This role involves developing and implementing marketing plans, operating budgets, and forecasts to align with company and owner objectives. The position requires a proactive approach to property management and a strong understanding of financial performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve the highest possible property net operating income.
  • Implement effective cost control and revenue improvement programs.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to attract tenants.
  • Create operating budgets and forecasts to meet company objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the property.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee tenant relations and address any issues that arise.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years prior experience in Property Management.
  • Experience with Yardi software is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
