Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and management of the multi-family residential community.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment community.
  • Strong knowledge of conventional properties and property management practices.
  • Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
  • Prior knowledge or experience in interior and exterior renovation.
