Regular site inspections will be part of your routine to maintain the standards of the community and to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be tasked with drafting and maintaining community records, organizing files, and updating online portals. Communication is key in this role, as you will be responsible for creating monthly newsletters and handling electronic communications for the communities. You will also oversee the enforcement of community rules and regulations, ensuring that the neighborhood remains visually appealing and that property values are protected. This includes monitoring community activities, addressing homeowner complaints, and resolving issues as they arise. Your financial oversight will include managing the collection of association fees and working closely with the community board to facilitate neighborhood meetings and elections.
