About the position

The Community Marketing and Outreach Coordinator at PAX Health, LLC plays a crucial dual role in enhancing community engagement and managing office operations. This position involves frequent travel within Monmouth and Ocean counties to connect with community organizations, healthcare providers, and potential referral partners, while also ensuring the efficient functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will leverage their outreach experience in the healthcare sector to develop strategic plans that promote PAX Health's services and foster partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in local events, health fairs, and community activities to promote PAX Health's services and build brand awareness.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to educate them about PAX Health's services and identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to increase patient referrals by cultivating partnerships with community organizations and healthcare providers.
  • Engage with existing referral partners to maintain relationships and provide updates on PAX Health services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach materials and campaigns tailored to target communities.
  • Monitor outreach efforts and referral sources, providing regular reports on activities and successes.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Serve as the main contact point for office-related inquiries, addressing staff and visitor needs.
  • Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and manage office budgets, processing invoices and tracking expenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in outreach, community engagement, business development, or office management, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Monmouth and Ocean counties, NJ.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned counties for outreach activities.
