The Community Marketing Programs Manager at Workhuman will play a crucial role in the activation, engagement, and growth of our customer community. This position is integral to the launch of a dynamic digital engagement and learning platform designed to empower our customers to connect, learn, and share experiences. Reporting to the Director of Customer Marketing and collaborating closely with the Director of Community Engagement, the manager will be responsible for designing and executing customer marketing campaigns that energize our vibrant community, enhance engagement, and ultimately drive adoption and incremental revenue. This hybrid role requires at least two days a week onsite in our brand new Framingham, MA office. In this role, the Community Marketing Programs Manager will drive engagement and maximize awareness of the Workhuman Customer Community platform through customer marketing and nurture campaigns. This will be done in partnership with the Director of Community Engagement, the Customer Excellence team, and the Workhuman Marketing teams. The manager will spearhead additional customer marketing strategies, including virtual webinars, paid media strategies, email campaigns, and customer events. A key responsibility will be to educate and enable customer stakeholders on new and existing marketing activities, ensuring that campaign insights are effectively shared at both aggregate and account levels. The manager will need to deeply understand key customer personas and tailor marketing messages to effectively reach different audiences. Additionally, managing the reporting and readout of customer campaign performance via presentations and campaign dashboard development will be essential. This role requires a strong customer orientation and proven experience executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns, preferably within an enterprise software or SaaS business.
