About the position
The Community Operations Director at Brighton Recovery Center is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the outpatient treatment facility and sober living campus. This position requires a strong focus on holistic care for patients struggling with substance use disorders and dual diagnoses, emphasizing excellent communication, organizational skills, and teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the Outpatient Coordinators and perform case coordination duties.
- Work with patients upon admission, throughout treatment, and during discharge from the Center.
- Meet individually with patients and in group meetings based on credentials.
- Collaborate with other clinicians to facilitate appropriate counseling and recommendations for aftercare.
Requirements
- Licensed in the state of Utah with a SUDC, ASUDC, or other Master's level licensure (CSW, LCSW, CMHC, etc.)
- CPR certification (can be obtained upon hire)
- Previous leadership and management experience is a plus!
