Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community outreach strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Lead fundraising efforts to support community programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate outreach staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective program delivery.
• Educate community members about our services through workshops, presentations, and events.
• Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of outreach activities and inform future strategies.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
• Recruit and train volunteers for various outreach programs.
• Oversee social media management to enhance community engagement and awareness of initiatives.
• Perform administrative tasks related to outreach activities, including reporting and documentation.
• Collaborate with local organizations, businesses, and schools to expand outreach efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community outreach, fundraising, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for educating diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis for program evaluation.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in recruiting volunteers or staff is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for community engagement is a plus.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
