About the position

The Community Outreach Manager at Montebello Home Care is responsible for driving the growth of the agency by building relationships with local health facilities, physician offices, and other referral sources. This role emphasizes creating brand awareness and educating the community about the services offered by the agency, while also ensuring excellent customer service and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources (Home Health/Hospice, healthcare facilities, physicians, advisors, etc.).
• Meet weekly face-to-face interaction goals with referral partners.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in strategic planning meetings.
• Host company in-services and attend networking events to promote our services.
• Manage account data, call logs, and quarterly sales plans.
• Ensure excellent customer service through timely responses, active listening, and clear communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills, including Google and social media platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 1+ years of sales/marketing experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Established relationships in the senior care market.
• Background in healthcare (not required).
