About the position

The Community Partner / Business Development Manager at Right at Home East Bay is responsible for fostering relationships within the community to promote the company's in-home care services. This role involves increasing care hours, developing referral sources, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and support. The position requires a proactive approach to community engagement and sales activities, with a focus on improving the quality of life for clients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Create a positive identity for the company through community promotions and personal visits.
  • Increase care hours and develop a profitable referral source pipeline.
  • Conduct client intakes and consultations, developing and managing client care plans.
  • Nurture partnerships with clients and families by fostering relationships with referral networks.
  • Participate in community outreach events and represent the company at local events.
  • Maintain all sales activity in the Customer Relationship Manager database.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and referral sources to keep them informed.
  • Generate new solutions to problems and suggest innovative improvements to current processes.
  • Respond to leads immediately and offer solutions to the needs of callers.
  • Conduct client and family consultations to understand their care needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of community partnership and business development experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Technology and computer savvy with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of common medical terminology.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driver's license and insured automobile.
