About the position

The Community Partnerships Manager at 24 Hour Home Care is responsible for managing sales and partnerships within assigned Regional Centers. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with community partners, collaborating with internal teams, and driving referral generation and revenue growth. The CPM will utilize effective planning, set sales goals, and analyze performance data to achieve objectives, while also representing the organization at various community events and meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Drive referral generation and revenue for assigned Regional Centers
  • Collaborate with Regional Manager and Vice President, Community Partnerships to create and implement strategic sales plans
  • Provide support and coverage of sales activities in other territories as needed
  • Cultivate new and existing Regional Center relationships and provide updated information regarding current programs and services
  • Represent the organization at Regional Center-hosted meetings and professional functions
  • Coordinate and conduct sales activities such as presentations, meetings, and email campaigns to increase brand visibility
  • Collaborate with CP Leadership and Shared Support teams to plan and execute division initiatives and campaigns
  • Identify community events to promote brand awareness and business growth
  • Develop alternative channel partnerships to promote business growth
  • Track sales activity and report analysis on return on investment in meetings and reviews
  • Serve as co-leader of the branch, educating the team on sales activity and progression
  • Prepare and submit reports as required, including QBRs
  • Collaborate with Operations team to ensure sales initiatives align with operational reality
  • Support Talent Acquisition Coordinator learning and development
  • Ensure compliance with all Regional Center requirements and laws
  • Abide by HIPAA and secure all protected health information

Requirements

  • One year of previous sales experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Reliable means of transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills for effective internal and external interactions
  • Solid relationship management skills
  • Dedicated to shared and measurable goals for the common good
  • Ability to ask tough questions and create constructive tension
