About the position

The Community Program Manager at KenCrest is responsible for overseeing Community Support Workers in the Supported Independent Living program. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and providing support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and diverse behavioral and mental health needs. The position requires a strong commitment to advocacy and inclusion, as well as effective team management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of Community Support Workers.
  • Manage scheduling and caseloads for program participants.
  • Assist with consumer assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide regular assistance and oversight for day-to-day operations.
  • Act as an advocate and facilitator for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, Mental or Behavioral Health needs.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a supervisory role.
  • Valid Driver's License.
