About the position

The Community/Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a Mobile Home Community and RV Resort in northeastern San Antonio, Texas. This role involves managing resident accounts, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring effective community management. The position requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and addressing resident inquiries
• Processing prospects and executing rental agreements
• Supervising the maintenance team
• Collecting and depositing rent payments via check scanner
• Managing resident move-ins and move-outs
• Performing basic accounting and balancing tasks
• Providing excellent customer service to residents
• Communicating with a regional manager for effective management
• Utilizing Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Rent Management Software for daily tasks
• Conducting miscellaneous office administrative work

Requirements

• Must have reliable registered transportation
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Experience in property management or mobile home park operations is a plus
• RV Resort experience is required
• Knowledge of basic office computer platforms and software is mandatory
• Minimum of 2 years of property management experience
