About the position

The CRA Assistant role at BMO involves efficiently handling customer requests and transactions while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer requests and transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Act as an originator of consumer loans in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, mail, or fax.
  • Review and discuss loan counter offers and structuring options with customers.
  • Address customer service issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Gather additional documentation from customers and stakeholders to fulfill requests.
  • Recommend workflow improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Manage customer documentation to ensure proper record maintenance.
  • Complete complex tasks within established rules and limits, including handling escalations.
  • Analyze issues and determine next steps.

Requirements

  • Proficient in written and oral communication in Spanish and English.
  • Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of customer requests.
