Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests and transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with required policies, guidelines, and standards.
• Resolve problems to support effective business operations.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for operational efficiencies.
• Integrate information from multiple sources for enhanced analysis and reporting.
• Provide customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, mail, or fax.
• Review and discuss loan options with customers to fulfill requests.
• Address customer service issues according to established parameters.
• Gather additional documentation from customers and stakeholders as needed.
• Recommend workflow improvements for operational efficiency.
• Manage customer documentation to maintain proper records.
• Complete complex tasks within given rules and handle escalations from other employees.
• Analyze issues and determine next steps.

Requirements

• Proficient in written and oral communication in Spanish and English preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to handle a high volume of customer requests.
