About the position

The Community Relations / Marketing Director at Chick-fil-A is responsible for building relationships within the community, driving sales, and enhancing the business's visibility. This role requires strong relational skills, organization, and a sales-driven mindset. The director will engage in various marketing activities, including organizing community events and promoting menu items, while also managing social media interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships in the community to grow sales and enhance business visibility.
  • Schedule, set up, and support Spirit Nights (fundraisers for local schools).
  • Organize and support Family Nights.
  • Promote new and seasonal menu items.
  • Manage in-store sales contests and promotions.
  • Organize and deliver catering orders.
  • Promote events and engage with guests on social media.

Requirements

  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate.
  • Must be flexible.
  • Must show proof of a valid Driver's License.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have experience in Marketing.
