About the position

At Everest Solutions Inc., we believe that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment. We want to add passionate and driven Community Relations Marketing Personnel to our extraordinary care team. This role is crucial for generating revenue, building trust, and creating excitement by connecting with our community and referral sources. The Community Relations Marketing Personnel will be responsible for executing a field sales plan, developing a referral network, managing relationships with various healthcare facilities, and ensuring brand awareness through multiple channels. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service and collaboration with agency management and staff to ensure smooth operations and aligned goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, particularly within the healthcare sector, and will be expected to maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and positive community relationships. Additional duties may be assigned to support the operations of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a field sales plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential referral sources within the agency's territory and surrounding area.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with all referral sources, including Care Coordination units throughout Illinois, hospitals, independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, sub-acute rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, skilled home health care agencies, hospice providers, and physicians/nurse practitioners.
  • Establish and maintain brand awareness through referral source contacts, trade shows, conferences, community education efforts, and social media efforts.
  • Work effectively with other agency management and staff to ensure smooth operations and aligned goals.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and positive community relationships.
  • Perform any other duties as requested to support the operations of the business.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or associate's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Public Relations, Business Development, or Social Services is required.
  • Two (2) years of sales, customer service, or similar experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and the home care market is also preferred.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and be accountable for results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other applications.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
