About the position

The Community Relationship Manager (CRM) at Oak Street Health plays a vital role in the Outreach team, focusing on engaging Medicare-eligible adults within the community to drive patient growth. This position involves building and maintaining relationships with community leaders, conducting outreach activities, and marketing Oak Street Health's services to potential patients. The CRM is expected to be flexible, creative, and collaborative, working closely with local leaders to identify opportunities for patient acquisition and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Researching and understanding the landscape of influencers and community partners in the respective market.
  • Prospecting and cold calling to local businesses such as Senior Buildings, Libraries, Churches, and Senior Groups.
  • Impacting patient acquisition and lead generation targets by leveraging community relationships.
  • Collaborating with the Regional Partnership Manager to build and maintain relationships with Insurance Agents.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with local leaders to create long-term alliances.
  • Acting as the point of contact for the Outreach Team and community partners for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Maintaining regular touchpoints with key stakeholders to discuss KPIs and updates on initiatives.
  • Developing and managing a calendar of events across the assigned territory with local leaders.
  • Coordinating event details to ensure engagement and lead generation.
  • Generating field account engagement through community outreach opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in account or community engagement.
  • Comfort with cold calling and prospecting in a business-to-business environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong public speaking and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other relevant languages.

  • Experience in sales or marketing roles.
